As a sweet- and carbohydrate-loving family, but one prone to diabetes, we have committed to purging the sugar and refined grains from our diets and start eating healthy, primarily following the Trim Healthy Mama plan.
We want to share what foods and drinks taste good, fill us up, don’t cost too much, and can be created in our small kitchen .
For several years now, we’ve been talking about creating a family website. My oldest girls, age 16 and 10, can learn some excellent media and website skills. As homeschoolers, we get to “count” this project as part of our learning plans.
